Congress organization for the largest and most important SAP user group event in Europe
From 16 – 18 October 2018, the annual congress of the German-speaking SAP user group e. V. took place for the 19th time. (DSAG) took place in leipzig. With over 5000 visitors and 175 exhibition partners on 15,000 square meters of exhibition space, this was the largest and most important SAP user group event in Europe.
SCHERER WERBUNG, a long-standing DSAG event agency, is a partner of DSAG and responsible for the entire event organization. The complexity of the event and the challenge of setting a new highlight every year is what makes this event so special.
We would like to thank DSAG for their partnership and constructive cooperation and look forward to the DSAG Annual Congress from 17 to 19 September 2019 in Nuremberg.
Our tasks at a glance
– congress organisation in close cooperation with our customer
– scheduling, budgeting and payment processing
– planning and control of the plenum and the numerous lecture rooms
– exhibition management and planning of the exhibition hall
– coordination of various sponsoring measures around the event
– participant management with own registration platform and subsequent invoicing of the participants
– planning and coordination of the complete audio-visual technology
– organisation of the event catering
– planning and organisation of supporting events such as evening events and happy hours
– control of all trades involved in the event
