SAP and Partners at E-world 2019
Since our company was founded over 25 years ago, we have been organising trade fairs and exhibitions: We plan the stands, communicate with the trade fairs and the various trades such as stand construction, catering and technology, design the event communication and are responsible on site for a smooth process from set-up to dismantling.
As an SAP event agency, we have been responsible for the annual E-World in Essen for many years. Also in 2019 we have taken over the entire control of the fair appearance from the event concept over the event organization up to the support on site as a general contractor. This also includes, for example, the coordination of co-exhibitors, hotel planning for the stand crew, organisation of technology, graphics work for the stand and complete budget responsibility.
